She then worked closely with Usha to lead our 100hr Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training as well as studying Sally Parkes Yoga to gain over RPYT200 in Pregnancy, Post-natal, Fertility, Parent and Baby and Menopause Yoga.

Staraya’s initial exploration into yoga was at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Heath, where she acquired her 200 RYT. Furthered her studies at Kripalu in order to obtain her 500 RYT, Ayurveda Yoga Specialist and Ayurvedic Counselor Certifications. She also attended the world-renowned Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM under the guidance of several experts where she earned her Ayurvedic Health Practitioner Certification.

Over the past 11 years, she’s worked with many women suffering from chronic digestive and hormonal ailments, helping them heal by adapting Ayurvedic principles and practices to their lives.
